Magnolia Boutique Hotel

The proposed boutique hotel on Magnolia has caused quite a stir over here in the Near SouthSide area. So much so that the Ed Brown from the Fort Worth Weekly wrote an article about it and then got brave and came back to do another LowDown with Ed Brown. These mini episodes are normally a quick half hour but with a topic that really shapes the neighborhood, for better or worse, we spend a little more time on it. We look at both sides of the argument and talk about where the area has come from and where its going and exactly what that means for the people who have made Fairmount what it is. We recorded the show at Hop Fusion and with the beer flowing and crazy karaoke we had a conversation, I am sure, many of you have had.
